He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
