Ngozi Nwanta is an accomplished lawyer and doctoral candidate at New York University (NYU) School of Law. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from NYU and a first-class Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. As a Hauser Global Scholar and International Finance and Development Fellow, she is highly respected for her academic and professional achievements.
Her career includes experience as an Associate at Aluko & Oyebode in Lagos and Abuja, and as a Short-Term Consultant at the World Bank’s Doing Business Unit. Her interests span development, finance, and the legal regulation of identities, infrastructure, and digital technologies.
Ngozi is happily married with children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, socialising with friends, and serving in her current role as Secretary of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
